WHOISMIGO exists to bridge the space between creativity, mindfulness, and mental well-being. It is a platform dedicated to sharing the tools, experiences, and insights that have made a difference in Migo’s life—so that others might find something meaningful in their own journey.
Through personal storytelling, mindfulness practices, and creative expression, WHOISMIGO offers more than just inspiration; it provides practical ways to reconnect with yourself. Whether through journaling, movement, art, meditation, or simply sitting in stillness, the goal is to cultivate awareness, balance, and a deeper sense of self.
This is not a guidebook, and there is no single path. Instead, WHOISMIGO is an evolving collection of lessons, experiences, and practices—an offering to those seeking a new way forward.
The Purpose
The Journey
In 2015, Migo reached a breaking point. A nervous breakdown and suicide attempt forced her to confront what she had unknowingly been living with for years—undiagnosed mental illness and the reality of being on the spectrum. What followed was the beginning of a long and difficult journey: psychiatric medication to stabilize the crisis, psychotherapy, and the slow process of unlearning old survival mechanisms that no longer served her.
At first, therapy was about managing symptoms. But over time, it became about something deeper—replacing patterns of self-destruction with intentional practices. She traded destructive behaviors for healthy habits, numbing coping mechanisms for mindfulness practices like art, meditation, and yoga. It wasn’t about fixing herself but about discovering new ways to exist.
WHOISMIGO was born from this lived experience. More than just a personal journey, it’s a resource for those searching for a different way forward. Through storytelling, mindfulness practices, and creative expression, Migo shares the tools that have helped her reconnect with herself—inviting others to explore what balance, self-awareness, and authenticity could look like in their own lives.
